
Salad Fennel, Orange and White Balsamic Dressing
Ingredients for 6 people:
- 840 g fennel
- 2 oranges
- 50 g pine nuts
- 20 g raising
- 8 g pumpkin seeds
- 50 gr extra virgin olive oil
- White Balsamic Dressing
Execution:
Squeeze 1 orange and soak the raisins in the obtained juice for at least 10 minutes. Meanwhile, peel the other orange and remove the two ends. Be careful to remove the bitter white part of the skin. Cut in very thin slices that you will keep aside. Cut the fennel. Place the pine nuts in a non-stick pan and toast for a few minutes; then let them cool down. Add the orange slices, pumpkin seeds, raisins and pine nuts to the fennel and dress with oil and Balsamic White.
