MAGNA REGIUM pays great attention to quality and intact state of its products. For this reason, in summertime, we don't send anything on Thurdays and Fridays: to avoid warehousing of orders at weekends. Therefore, every order received between Wednesday and Sunday will be fulfilled the following Monday. Until September, shipment will occur just during the following days:
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays to Italian places
Mondays and Tuesdays abroad


MAGNA REGIUM uses courier such as TNT and UPS for international delivery and BRT for domestic delivery.
MAGNA REGIUM guaratntees the perfect preservation of products during the whole journey: for this reason, when it is needed, dry ice is used as refrigerant. Futhermore extreme attention is paid to packaging using specific containers which preserve the products from temperature leap and accidental impact.

Commitment of the food producer is valid for every product. In case of packaged products the producer is responsible of the truthfulness and completeness of information written on the packages. There are pictures in the website to help the client to recognize the products; because of variations on packages made by the producer, some pictures may not reproduce exactly the appearance of your delivered product.

 As provided by the consume regulations legislative decree 206/05 (ex right of withdrawal) and by legislative decree 21/2014, MAGNA REGIUM customers benefit from the satisfied-or-refund warranty with the opportunity of sending back the products they have purchased within 14-working-day period since the delivery has been received, except for those products which cannot be sent back by their nature. How can you ask for refund? You have to send a letter or an email to MAGNA REGIUM within 14-working-day period since you have received the goods. The customers have to specify the product/s for which they want to exert their right of withdrawal. It is essential to send back the purchased products in a good state of preservation and with the original label on. The products have to be wrapped accurately to keep the original packaging intact without damage or any other labels or signs. Products have to be sent back through pony express at your expense. We recommend to use a traceable and insured shipping method as in case the products are lost, damaged or don't arrive, MAGNA REGIUM will not be responsible for. After having checked the contents and the good state of the goods you will be refunded, within 14-working-day period. since the received notice by the client.
