Jar of mixed mushrooms in oil - Raffaelli Funghi

It is a mixture of trunk mushrooms, Pleurotus ostreatus Mushrooms, porcini mushrooms and Lactarius. They are carefully selected, washed and sliced. Then they are preserved in oil, wine vinegar, salt and natural aroma to ease its preservation.
