Acacia honey with walnut - 220 gr. Azienda Agriapistica Biologica "La Natura"

Like other single-flower honey this one is subject to changeble weather conditions every year. It is rich of healthy sustances so it is useful for some breathing apparatus patologies but not only for those. Its colour is very light, ranging from very soft yellow to pale yellow, especially when it is liquid that is for most part of its preservation period. It is slightly flower-scented with smell of acacia flowers and its taste is sweet without any specific aftertaste or sourness level. In this case, honey is enriched with walnut and dried fruit entirely dipped in the honey.
