Ingredients:

  • 200 gr. of Parmigiano-Reggiano 36 MONTHS DOP
  • 3 full tablespoons of BALSAMIC DRESSING XII

Execution:

Slice the cheese (optimal thickness would be that of a thin hand-cut slice of roll salami). Place the previously carefully chopped cheese slices in an oval non-metal dish. Pour two tablespoons of BALSAMIC DRESSING XII and mix. Wait 15 minutes, then add the remaining balsamic dressing. Stir. Rest another 15 minutes before serving. Serve with a pair of long-handled spoons.
