Salmon Carpaccio

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 400g raw salmon in thin slices
  • 2 lemons’ juice
  • 2 bunches of rocket
  • 20 walnuts
  • extra virgin olive oil to taste
  • black pepper, coriander, pink berries
  • Salt to taste
  • White Balsamic Vinegar Pearls

Execution:

Put the salmon slices in a high and large dish and cover with the lemon juice and the pepper mix, leave to marinate for about 1 hour. Wash the rocket and shell the walnuts, break them roughly. Drain the salmon slices, place them in a serving dish, cover with rocket, walnuts, extra virgin olive oil and White Balsamic Vinegar Pearls
