Ingredients:

• 8 egg yolks
• 300g sugar
• 1 litre whole milk
• 1/2 litre fresh cream
• OTTO VIII Balsamic Dressing

execution:

Whip the yolks with the sugar until they become white, add the cold milk and amalgamate, put in a pan to boil, stirring constantly. Just before it boils, remove it, add the cream and leave to cool. Put in ice cream maker, make ice cream, serve in individual cups covering with OTTO VIII Balsamic Dressing.
