Rosanello Cheese mixed sheep – about 500g piece - Latteria Pascoli Alti
It is made with cow's and ovine's milk mixed. It is matured for about 90 days and vacuum-sealed packed.
Its crust and inner part are light-coloured. Its consistency is half hard with fine holes.
Its taste is more delicate than cheese made just with ewe’s milk buti t is well perceptible. Only rennet of animal origin is used to produce this cheese.
Combination:honey, fruit preserve, cured meat.
