Tonic liqueour made with a selection of aromatic and fruity hops with a percentage of acidic alpha and beta which give an intense and unique fragrance typical of homebrew IPA style beer. Your palate will be delighted with strong, long-lasting bitter taste balanced by the fruity flavour of several hops varieties. Among these, there is the American Cascade, the New Zelander Nelson Sauvin and the Japanese Sorachi Ace which give the liqueour an intense and refreshing taste with citrus peel, peach, tropical fruit and sauvignon blanc. Bitter and tonic features of hops (Humulus lupulus) make this liqueour an excellent digestive, sedative, antiseptic, diuretic and depurative. The liqueour is cloudy because it is not filtered and this is the reason why it has a stronger fragrance and can keep its features longer. Possible residual parts are due to this producing process without affecting the quality of the product. It is recommended to be served cold with ice. After having opened it, store it in the fridge in order to keep hops aromatic features longer.
