Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Quercia Argento - 250 ml is quite thick (density 1.2764° brix), with the perfect balance between sweet notes and the sour one. It is a blend of cooked grape must and wine vinegar. Aged in oak barrels.

How to taste it in our daily cooking: perfect with salads and raw vegetables, it can be used also on meat and cheese.
