Balsamic Vinegar of Modena “QUERCIA ORO” is particularly thick (density 1.3369° brix), it a pleasant sweet note balanced by the right acidity. It is a blend of cooked grape must and wine vinegar. Aged in oak barrels.

How to taste it in our daily cooking: some drops are perfect on beef or games and strong seasoned cheese. It’s is also a perfect digestive.
