Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP - 250 ml Quercia Rossa

Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP - 250 ml Quercia Rossa is not too thick (density 1.2354° brix) and slightly sour. It is a blend of cooked grape must and wine vinegar. Aged in oak barrels.

How to taste it in our daily cooking: perfect with salads and raw vegetables, it can be used also for preparing sweet and sour dish.

Ingredients: cooked Lambrusco grape must, wine vinegar. It doesn’t contain colorant, preservatives or thickeners.
