Ciccioli (250 g) Salumificio Buongustaio | Magnaregium

Ciccioli are savoury small pieces of fat and light parts of pork, cooked and pressed to throw out fat in excess. They are salted and aromatized with herbs. Afterwards they are like small thin pieces of dried meat with irregular size but they are inviting because they are tasteful and crispy. Usually they are served with appetizer or for the aperitif together with matured cheese and cured meat.
