Local Buffalo Salami 350 g. - Azienda Agricola "Il Girasole"
It is an excellent salami made of 80% buffalo meat and 20% pork meat. It is savoured with salt, whole pepper, natural herbs and spicies. Finally it is put into sausage skin of natural pork intestines. Its aging lasts about 40/50 days.
For all these reasons this meat is highly exquisite and it is a niche product both at local and national level.
Suggestion to taste it: buffalo meat, like wild game, is appreciated with full wine, so you need red sparkling dry wine ("Piazza San prospero", "Ponente 270", "Remigio 100" o "Remigio 101").
