Sweet Malvasia "Rubigalia Gold"- since 1939 - Certified I.G.P Wine (PGI) quality certified product.

This white wine is reserved for the end of the meals. It is characterized by a perfectly balanced sugar residue. The sparkling wine “Rubigalia Gold” V.S.Q. is made 100% by aromatic Malvasia.

Its delicate scent reminds flowers and fruit. Pleasant at taste, it is characterized by a flavor which is sweet and sourish at the same time.

Origin Vine Varieties: aromatic Malvasia
Characteristic: half fermented must, sparkling and sweet
Winemaking: Classic in white

Natural Fermentation: long Charmat in autoclave with selected yeast at 18° C
Type: sweet 120g/l sugar
Alcohol: 4 % vol
Colour: between straw yellow and gold-yellow
Taste: certainly sweet but a bit sour
Smell: gently fragrant
Froth: with fine and long-lasting perlage
Territory: Reggio Emilia and Piacenza hills
Best Temperature to be served: 6 – 8° C

Culinary Combination: it is a must with just 4% vol alcohol, excellent at the end of a meal with sweets, cantucci biscuits, fruit and dried fruit
