Remigio Premium Sweet Lambrusco D.O.C. - Ca’ de’ Medici

Lambrusco Premium is red sparkling sweet wine different from traditional one. Its main characteristic is a single long and slow natural monofermentation from must to wine, with selected yeast, at 18°c temperature which gives fine perlage, delicate fragrance adn a special taste.

Recommended culinary combination is with: Pasta, pizza,cheese, fruit and sweets.
